MASHPEE COMMONS, MA — A "Tuesday Talk" about form-based codes took place April 10, as part of a community planning effort called Mashpee Commons by Design. Somerville's Director of Planning George Proakis was on hand to discuss the differences between conventional zoning and form-based code, his experience with both methods in Somerville, and answer a broad range of questions from the audience.
